I've been into the BPO industry for 3 years. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel. I had experience with sales, retail, financial and telecommunication accounts during my employment years. I also worked as an administrative assistant and have done secretarial works in an engineering firm. I am willing to learn and can do what is asked. My learning curve is fast paced and I can definitely work under pressure. I can do data entry works, virtual assistance. I can easily be trained as well. I am also knowledgeable in composing emails, writing blogs and content. I am a person who is up for challenges and I see to it that I get the job done.
