In that position, i was responsible for entering payment details in "SAP Software" with high accuracy.To feed data into Tally & "Hirecraft Software". Then after I was promoted to Research Associate. in that position, i was responsible for "importing Employees Data" from different Job portals into "Excel Workbook", remove duplicate entries & after data validation send to VP. To Maintain all recruiters database. Right Now, i am working as a "Management Information System Executive(MIS Executive) Cum Internal Auditor" in Payroll Department.In this position, i am responsible to conciliate Employees salary Payouts, keep invoice summary & their collection report,check all invoices whether exact service charge & insurance charge is taken or not, PF, ESIC deducted or not, service tax taken or not, i have to Make daily, weekly & monthly Salary outflow report.To Co-ordinate with different divisions (account & payroll) for any type of data issues.
