Proofreading and editing are my passion. I have always loved getting into the nitty-gritty of literature and writing to help writers reach a higher level of quality in their professional and academic content. While I acquired my BA in English/ Liberal Arts, I worked in our campus writing lab helping students of all disciplines to proofread and edit essays, articles, dissertations, and projects. I also worked as a supplemental instructor with some of the same students assisting them to get a better understanding of editing their own compositions. After graduating with highest honours (summa cum laude), I worked in a professional business atmosphere which involved various types and styles of content, including technical insurance policies containing high levels of legal terminology, correspondences to clients and customers, and general workplace memos. Though I no longer work in that high-intensity atmosphere, I continue to seize any and every opportunity to practice my proofreading passion. I excel under the pressure of deadlines and have very flexible working hours to assist whenever necessary.
