I have been in the customer service field for over 10 years. Includes data entry, multi tasking, using many different software applications such as Excel, Word and email programs. I am experienced in what I do and work hard to get the job done. I also have been freelance writing off and on for approximately 8 years. In addition, I am working on obtaining my certificate in Office Administration.
