I am an experienced word processing and data entry (alpha/numeric) operator who gained all her experience in this in area in a government department. My telephone techniques are exceptional. I have been complimented on this due to the fact I am always clear in the answer that I give to the question that I am asked.I have the aptitude to learn new procedures quickly. This was evidenced when I was on a training course with one of my superiors when we were learning new procedures and I managed to understand what was being said and how to do it before she did. She made the comment to the training officer "That I was very quick on picking it up."All my work is completed in a timely manner with attention to detail. If something does not look right, I will seek clarification. My strengths are my communication skills, both verbal and written. I consider these to be of the highest order.
