• Proficient on Microsoft Office
• Be comfortable with time pressure, e.g be able to acknowledge messages within a timeframe of 15 minute or less during working hours
• Has experience working from home, ideally with a private, quiet home office
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive matters at once
• Use of task management systems & deliver written or verbal reports throughout the day
