Responsibilities:

• Enter text based and numerical information from source data into company databases within time limits
• Prepare source data by compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information
• Review data for deficiencies, errors and discrepancies and correct, if possible
• Research and obtain further information to ensure data entered is correct and complete
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer records
• Respond to queries for information by accessing relevant files and providing reports as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; additional computer training or certification preferred
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Data entry experience
• Experience with MS Office and databases
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Organization and time management skills
