• Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and project databases such as VDB, PDB and PCB • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system • Devising and maintaining office systems • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts • Assist in resolving any administrative problems • Provides administrative support in a team environment • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information • Review and answer correspondence • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying to management • Maintain correspondence and log such as MOC, Spare Parts, COP, NOCH, Waiver Requests, Invoices on behalf of Project Manager, Project Control Manager and concerned personnel • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies • Maintain office supplies for department • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post • Punch List maintenance • Day to day operational running of the health care institution • Participates in and coordinates the setting of strategic priorities for the direction of the hospital. Specific duties include recruitment, overseeing quality, improvement of processes for efficient delivery of patient care, setting standards • interacts with a governing board or trustees of the hospital to undertake review of policies and frameworks • Engage and coordinate with doctors, physicians, nurses, health care technicians, other medical staff members and health care professionals involved with the primary care, treatment and rehabilitation of patients
