Responsibilities:

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our computer systems
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness by comparing it to source documents
  • Identify and correct errors in data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
  • Retrieve and gather data from various sources, such as databases or spreadsheets
  • Create and update reports based on data input
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with data entry and database software, such as Salesforce or Oracle
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
