Management of Clearing fund.. Reconciliation of nostro accounts on weekly basis. Looking after all the back office management Process of inward and outward clearing, Technical verification of clearing cheque and proper checking of internal accounts weather they are tallied or not before EOD Final clearing settlements entries Reporting to branch head and Mumbai head office of suspense and Nostro accounts. Proper follow up to the other banks and clearing house members for difference in suspense i. e. Payable and receivable A\c. Posting and Proper Reconciliation of General Ledgers ,Clearing activities and Funds management .
