• Do FMEA, Root analysis, 5 why analysis to find root cause.
• Making PFD & CONTROL PLAN for the controlling of the product & process characteristics of the product.
• Do MSA (variable & gauge) , SPC to find accuracy of inspection.
• Basic Knowledge about CNC & VMC.
• To maintain Corrective and preventive action plan (CAPA).
• To analysis rejection and rework and prepare action plan.
• Implementation of various Poka-yoke , Kaizen , 7QC Tools
• Maintain 5-S in the working area.
• To provide regular training programs for all operators as per skill matrix.
• To take care of the New Product Development as per customer standards.
• To maintain the QC points by showing various line data by Pareto’s analysis, daily defect analysis and defect PPM.
• Update process documents daily.
• Knowledge for welding.
• Maintain design record & design data.
• Check the welded product & rectify welding defects.
