I have over 10 years of customer services experience from British Gas and npower (electric & Gas company). Throw my years I handled multiple responsibilities such as, incoming calls from new customers who wish to joining us, leaving customer, customer complaints, disputes, refunds money teams. I become a Quality / Trainer Checker for British Gas March 2005 to March 2006 Responsible of quality checking of 3 teams of billing (60 Staff): Checking work done by the staff, which should meet business policy, if there were any mistakes, then I had to give training to the staff to make sure they do not do the same mistakes again.: Giving quality feedback and weekly staff performance reports to their team managers. Training new staff in their learning program, acting as a mentor. Have good hands on: Data entry, word, excel, data importing, data exporting, Photography and Photoshop.
