Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, or other designated systems.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
  • Update existing data as necessary and ensure that all records are current and accurate.
  • Organize and maintain data files and documentation for easy retrieval.
  • Perform data quality checks and report any discrepancies or errors.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete data entry tasks within deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
  • Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with data management processes and tools is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are an advantage.
