I worked as a Data Entry/Admin Assistant for 3 years. I've been working on a BPO industry for more than three years. I've been a technical support for 2 1/2 years and half year as a help desk. I'm a tier 1 agent of AT&T DSL for 1 1/2 year at Teletech Pasay, and 1 year and 3 months tier 2 Technical support of MS Xbox at Telus Internation Philippines.
