My experiences include three years of working in a BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative. Most of the time I answer calls from customers who uses the brand we are working with and always going an extra mile to assist and or solve customers concerns, the support I've handled were for a Health Insurance, Sales, Billing, Retention, Financial Account, Technical Support (Networking) and have worked in a Publishing Company as a Check in Coordinator. Part of my job as a Check in Coordinator includes, data entry, evaluating (checking for proper spaces, indention, hard returns and etc) manuscripts if it is ready for production, I also answer emails from authors and doing inbound and outbound calls to authors for follow-up or answer author's questions.I am also an expert in managing wordpress websites -- from installation to plugin/theme setup, in addition I am also skilled in using CPanel and domain management like domain transfer & updating NameServer (NS).
