During my stay in Sales and BPO industry I was entitled to do work such as: Encoding daily invoice in the system, Making receipt for the gold items, Maintained and organized files, Encoding details of new items for barcoding, Gathered and documenting information given by the customer for their concern, Setting up appointment om customer's preferred schedule.
