Hi there! I am on my 5th year in my current company right now and soon will be leaving to take on a new challenge on my career. I specialize in beverage development. We train people assisting the Manager of the Restaurant. I do daily reports regarding sales and revenue of the outlet, stock monitoring, performance monitoring and scheduling. Inventory and beverage promotion of the outlet. Proposal of new ideas for the improvement of service and development of people in the outlet. I train bartenders as well as waiters. I am a task-oriented individual who also does multi-tasking jobs in the company Knowledgeable in MS office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher). Familiar with Red Rock Software. Computer literate, knows a bit of editing. Basic Photoshop. Any program not mentioned herewith that you'll be requiring, it would be very good for me to learn as quickly as possible. Developing a good rapport, and good communication is important to me. It ensures a project is completed to the specific guidelines required.
