I am Mitchillo Kerwin C. Capal, 29 years of age, single. I have a 3 years educational background as a Business Administration student major in Entrepreneurship at Silliman University, Dumaguete City. I have been in the BPO Industry for more than five years. I completed my first Call Center Certification with Cebu Global Teleservices Inc. I was exposed to Inbound, Outbound and even Back-Office Accounts as I traverse on my career path of the employment world. I am also equipped with Supervisory Skills since my employment records have flourished from First Level working position to Second Level working positions.
