I am a Philippine-based freelance transcriptionist who plans to be successful in her chosen field. As a home-based provider I am very fortunate that I have all the time I need to serve my clients. I am organized, quick to learn and can work with less supervision; skills that I have acquired while working as a secretary for 9 years as an offline job and manager of our family business. Now, I spend my days at home performing online jobs and this is how I maintain my living. My transcription experience varies from transcribing interviews, focus groups, medical, instructional videos, business such as conference calls and board meetings, podcasts, webinars and lectures on about any topic under the sun. Aside from Guru, I am also a provider at oDesk and Elance, where I both have portfolios.     Isabel was very trustworthy and easy to communicate with. I was satisfied with the work results, and ended up giving her two more interviews, each of about an hour. The audio quality was poor at times, but she did the job well, and produced results according to what was required.
