Let me take some of your office work load and help you keep things running smoothly for you. I'm looking for part to full time work from home to help supplement my income. I have 20+ years experience in clerical/administrative work. I have an Associates Degree in Office Administration, with specialized study in the Legal and Medical field; including classes in Legal and Medical Transcription and Legal and Medical Typing. My work experience includes preparing invoices, sending invoices, typing, transcribing, preparing and sending emails, preparing documents (legal and personal), preparing letters, accounts payable/receivable. I can work with Microsoft Word/Excel, have experience with Quickbooks and would be willing to work with other programs as required by your job needs. I have worked in public and private businesses, including bookkeeping work for a trucking company, a furniture manufacturing company, and a doctor's office. Job duties for those included invoicing, letters, accounts payable receivable, making phone calls, various typing and other secretarial/office duties. I also have Legal Secretary experience and have worked for County Government for 12+ years.
