    Holly signed the contract and had completed 2 of the 3 parts of the project and on the basis of things moving along well, I paid her. I have never gotten the completed projects. One of the three was completed. The second was left in process and the 3rd I got nothing usable. I hate leaving bad reviews but have repeated left messages first nice and then not so nice. I have been told over and over I was going to get the materials and have not.
