I currently work as an EDI Report Specialist. I run an Excel report every hour to detect discrepancies in the company's ordering system. I locate and fix any and all discrepancies between our company and the customer., whether that is an address or pricing error.
I am also responsible for ensuring accurate part numbers are entered correctly for the warehouse to pick and ship. My data entry has to be exact and without flaw, as it could have a disastrous outcome for both the company and the customer.
