Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information Accurately receive, dispatch and completely process customer purchases and fuel transactions. Use TotalFBO software to enter customer interaction details including payments, account information and call logs as well as track requests, document problems, and record solutions offered. Communicate with the ground crew via headset radio. Implement Airport Emergency Plan when required to handle accidents, incidents and other emergency situations. Prepare incident/accident reports. Ensure that all instructions are effectively communicated to pilots through clear delivery and enunciation over the CTAF. Connect clients to appropriate personnel or third-party vendors for further service needs. Keep the office and lobby areas clean and professional in appearance.
