I have over 5 years of experience in customer service at my prior place of employment. In addition, I was responsible for all NY Home Care billing and dealt with various clients on a daily basis. I also helped define work processes for my department, assisted with training of new staff and collaborated often with the branch toward achieving objectives.Have received various company awards for my proficiency in the use of software and my ability to go above and beyond. During my time as an Accounts Receivable Rep, I was able to communicate with a variety of different personalities when dealing with both customers and co-workers from various sites within the organization.
