I have 10 years of customer service and office management experience. This includes but is not limited to Debt Collection work, Accounts Payable, Shipping and Receiving, Payroll and Technical Support. I have broadband capabilities and am willing to learn new software or procedures if necessary. I am a very detail and deadline oriented person and believe that customer service is a combination of supporting the customer as well as supporting the business.
