This letter is to provide more information regarding my ability to provide your company my services as a Virtual Assistant. Along with my Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management which I obtained on December 2006, I have extensive experience as an Executive Assistant. Between 2003 and 2005, I was an assistant to the Director of a substance abuse clinic. My duties were to prepare documents such as thank you letters, grant correspondences, board meeting minutes, etc. I was also tasked with communicating with community officials over the phone and face to face. Before working as an assistant with this company, I also provided secretarial services to other companies in my area.
