As a seasoned clerical/admin assistant, I am trained and have over twenty years of experience in data entry working for various industries. I have also utilized Document Control and Change Control procedures in multiple positions, most recently in a cGMP environment. In my last temp assignment, I was responsible for Reviewing SOP documents for specific requirements necessary for processing. I was responsible for converting Standard Operating Procedures from AS400 into MSWord to be uploaded into Oracle/Agile. Duties included extensive data entry, following change control format for document control processes, & creating Standard Operating Processes/Standard Operating Procedures, with edits, c-changes & conversion of all documentation. As a Customer Service Representative, I have remarkable interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. More importantly, I have won Best Customer Care awards (2), as well as Most Improved Revenue and Most Improved Office as an Insurance Agent. I am a problem-solver, trouble shooter, and like to proactively educate my customers so that they leave the experience feeling confident about our company, as well as their choices and purchases I last tested in a 1-minute typing test with a score of 77wpm, zero errors. I have extensive data entry skills, using both alpha and numeric by touch skills. I support team goals along with finishing my assigned tasks. Demonstrating the ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures and standard processes is standard in my work. You will find I am detail oriented and able to analyze, prioritize and resolve client requests or issues quickly and effectively. I possess excellent communication skills both oral and written. I also have learned and used many varieties of proprietary software applications, including accounting software.
