Good morning, My name is Chris I live in Nevada. Some of my strengths include problem-solving, critical thinking, data entry, customer support via email/chat, and trouble ticket resolution. I am looking to apply for these roles on projects where I can sharpen my skills as well as provide efficient and accurate work. Some areas I would like to work in are data entry and customer support. I currently work for Amazon my current position is Inbound Sales Support PG (process guide) but I have made it my mission to grab my goals by the horns and make them come true. One of my main goals is o perfect my data entry skills and work my way up to a data analyst. Below are some of my current responsibilities
• Communications: I correspond with corporate retail teams on vendor compliance, catalog, and purchase order issues via email, chat, and trouble tickets.
• Customer support: I support customers through chat regarding, AWS tools, account updates, and answer any questions they may have. I team up with and direct manager on ISS tickets that require escalation and review.
• Resolver: Accountable for keeping track of open ISS tickets across the fulfillment center. I have resolved over 8,000 tickets effectively correcting issues with vendor orders, catalog issues, and keeping our SLA goals met.
• ISS Process Guide: I am trusted to run the ISS department when leadership is unavailable. I am responsible for staffing associates and assigning duties. I have also trained multiple shift leads on ISS SOP.
• Data Entry: Convert data from SIM Ticketing/Trouble Tickets into an excel spreadsheet to help the team prioritize tickets by SLA, identify reoccurring issues, and audit physical inventory.
