I am a hardworking, reliable and self-motivated gentleman with the ability to multi-task and prioritise while attending to relevant details with the use of my good communication and interpersonal skills. I am proficient in designing secure databases, programming questionnaires on android operating systems using Open Data Kit, form designing on Capricity a scanned forms up-loader, training users on the android program as well as capacity building, extracting and converting data from android devices, merging, appending and cleaning the data-sets for analysis, establishing processes for verifying and maximising data security and quality, building analysis data-sets, preparing reports/documentation related to these quality assurance procedures and performing data analysis using STATA. I am capable of developing indicators for monitoring and evaluation of program performance to ensure timely and proper implementation of retrieval, cleaning and analysis as well as reporting on quarterly data and other routine data to stakeholders. I have the potential to provide technical support in collection, collation, analysis and reporting of data to relevant parties so as to support informed data reporting and utilisation. I possess strong leadership, managerial, supervision and organisational skills. My experience provided me with positive insights, good team work and an ability to remain calm even in the most difficult situations. MY OBJECTIVES: I will provide the best support in Bio-statistics, M&E, development of timely and secure databases, data analysis and reports. I can set up secure data management protocols, manage and deliver high quality analysis data whilst protecting, documenting, preserving and controlling data validity consistently. Achievements as Data Manager: Programming more than twenty programs on android devices that were used for data collection as well as designing several secure data bases that were used for entering hard copy questionnaires. I Wrote an abstract and presented a poster on The Role of Mobile Devices in Rapid Diagnostic Testing Quality Control on Community Health Volunteers in Western Kenya, to the American Society of Tropical Medicine (ASTMH) conference in Atlanta Georgia-2016. I am also a Co-Author in Publications: for example, “Multiple cardiovascular risk factors in Kenya: evidence from a Health and Demographic Surveillance System using the WHO STEP wise Approach to Chronic Disease Risk Factor Surveillance”, main Author Dr. Gerald S.
