Have several years of experience filling orders, creating orders via using the computer and internet. Can type upto 60 wpm. Have great knowledge of the internet, microsoft programs and email. Also I will redo your office forms if you need them updated starting at 25.00 a sheet. I have worked for Teletech Holdings Incorporated working with Qwest Communications as a customer service agent, then as an escalation agent which was good for investigating problems, and at times filling in for supervisors, and solving the customers problems whether it be billing, internet, tech support, business end of Qwest Comm. as well. I was also able to create, change, delete customers accounts, plus assisting customers with porting their phone and 8xx numbers. Worked hand in hand with the supervisors and sales reps and customers to get the job completed in a timely fashion, thus using several soft ware programs, along with Microsoft and excel and also use of office equipment in order to completed the job successfully.
