I am primarily focused on the design of algorithms for signal and image processing. Recent interests include environmental modeling, automated FISH testing for cancer screening, audio and video signal processing. Previous work included development of blind source separation algorithms for EEG data, Superresolution algorithms for IR, and direction DOA estimation algorithms for Radar and RF. I can code in matlab, c/c++, Fortran, Java, Python, etc. I have experience in higher order statistics, pattern recognition (Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, Statistical, Dempster-Schafer), optimal filtering (Kalman Extended Unscented, Particle, Sigma Point). I also have worked in the area of guidance and navigation. I am familiar with Proportional Navigation (Pro-Nav) and have a decent knowledge of kinematics in 6DOF simulations.
