Currently, I am a Senior Process Executive in a BPO company for more than 2 years. My duty is to answered partner's concern through email. I worked also as a Business Process Associate for 2 years and my role is to collect data, analyze, summarize data and convert it into a usable information for the customer. With my work experience I can say that I am flexible in terms of job responsibility and do some extra mile to extend the expectation of the customer.
