I have been working as an Operations and Processing Specialist in Channel Managent for a provincial corporation in Canada that processes lottery prize claims. My duties involve data entry, documents review, doing several background checks using multiple data base, creating and updating client profiles on CRM. Conducting investigation on any discrepencies in claims. Creating testing , implementing and maintaining trackers using MS Excel for claims being processed in all departments, creating weekly reports of claims processed , conducting data analysis, presenting findings to Senior Management and making recommendation to improve process. Training coordinators, supervisors and senior managemnt on using the newly created trackers. Creating tools using MS Office to help employees be more efficient and effective at work. Training employees in all departments on using the created tools.
