I have more than 10 years experience in the Telecom & IT field, especially in the VAS, BSS & OSS area. My current engagement as a  Presales Architect. Responsible for the High level and low level solution design for charging and billing products. Interacting with management and seniors level from the customer side, manage a daily meetings with customers for the plan and progress discussions, conducting a training sessions for the customers.

My current passion is to work as a Data analyst , i almost executed 6 real projects as part of different Nano degrees for different companies, I used different tools like Alteryx, Python for executing the data analysis as follows,

- Business and Data Understanding:

 * Understanding the given data and the key business decisions that required to be taken

- Explore and Cleanup the Data:

* Is there missing data need to be removed

* Is there a low variability subsets 

* Is there highly correlated fields which need to be used to define the predictors

* Is there fields need to be imputed 

* Is there duplications 

* Execute data wrangling through data formating & blending

- Analysis, Modeling, and Validation

* Based on Data rich or poor, we will decide which model we will need to use so that to train our model and make the proper predictions, if data rich, looking into the data are we in a Numeric or classification type and depending on that the proper model can be choosed, but if we are in a data poor case, we will need to execute A/B testing

 
- Train the selected Models

- Write up a report of recommendations

* I used both Alteryx and Python for Deciding the best model and scoring the customers for the best predictions

* The report shall include a visualizations so that to make it easy for the client to follow up the requested, i used two different ways either through Tableau or through Python Matplotlib
