The developed OLTP application is used to manage bank card centre data flows both with banks branches and card organizations - BORICA,MASTERCARD and VISA. Emphasis on a server-side application development - develop the data architecture and processes, stored procedures, packages and collections; manage the data integrity and integrity constraints; strong PL/SQL and native SQL. Developed program module for data transfer using ODBC. It is used for daily synchronization of new Oracle database with data from old MS Access databases. In this connection also transform the database logic from the old program, which is developed for national cards into new business environment of international cards and transactions.
