If there was a slight problem with Pradeep, we both agreed that we could have done a better job in the area of communicating changes, updates and accomplishment, but make no mistake, you can count on Pradeep, and he is eager to keep his customers happy. I am very, very, very, pleased with the work that Pradeep has done on a very difficult website. I will be using Pradeep as often as I can.
