Jay came in on a difficult situation of having to complete an ASP/SQL application that was previously being developed off-shore. We are only a week into it but he has come up to speed very fast, imported the source code, reviewed it all, and is now rapidly coding us to completion. One thing I was impressed with was his firmness to complying to good coding standards. He is on our team now and bringing additional resources to accelerate the completion of this business critical code. His communications skills are excellent and he is willing to do whatever it takes to get the project done including to many late night or early morning teleconferences.
