Tracker II: Responsible for all system updates and maintenance for Tracker II, a construction management system written in VB 6, using SQL Server 7 as back-end database. The database is constructed as an object database overlaid on a relational database. Designed tables and views, wrote triggers and stored procedures and was responsible for database as DBA. I am responsible for system performance and index creation and tuning. I am very familiar with Query Analyzer and Enterprise Manager applications. Wrote many custom interfaces to database for MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Access. Typical application was to retrieve a specific recordset (via RDO or ADO) into an Office application, and then present the data after programmatic manipulation in Excel or Outlook.
