Provided Unix support for a team of technicians (networking, windows, novell) that relocated a server room (6 servers) to a different facility over a weekend. The customer came in on Monday morning, forgot that is was scheduled and realized that everything worked just like it did before the move - *no problems*
An internal web site for the team I am on now that helps us track trouble tickets, time & material, contact information, and a paging service/application. Currently all of my work is behind firewalls in a company intranet.
