I pride myself on the highest levels of integrity, excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new technology and business concepts quickly. One of my more successful projects required extensive work with the client's management and front-line workers. They had a need to automate the production of AutoCAD drawings, but couldn't elaborate. I guided them through a needs analysis and helped them produce specifications, all while learning the AutoCAD development environment. They now produce drawings in a tenth the time and provide their customers with estimates days earlier. We've even integrated with their accounting and inventory systems through an intermediate Access database. In short, they knew they had a problem, but not how to fix it. I helped them identify the specific problems and fix them. A win-win situation.
