My work at BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina (BCBSNC) has included fixing broken programs, implementation of several redesigns, addition of dynamic navigation, and development of new programs. I was the web master at Research Triangle Institute, and am currently the Web Design Manager at BCBSNC. The Miss Raleigh web site allowed me to be creative as I redesigned and rearchitected the site.
