Developed Marketing CRM system. System allowed access throughout company of customer phone numbers and addresses. It also allowed the entry and scheduling of meetings with customers. It provided management with reports concerning marketing of customers.
Developed IT Inventory system. This system provided a means tracking both internal and external PC components. It can also track problems per major component and/or user.
IT Help Desk system. This system provides a means of recording, assigning, resolution, and tracking of problems that are reported to the IT department.
Hospital reporting system. This system receives a nightly download from the hospital information system mainframe. Converts the information into an Access database. Creates the various nightly reports and other data extracts which are then uploaded back to the mainframe and printed using the mainframe printers.
