Working with Sponsors, Vendors, Inspectors and Executives to address their business related queries 7. Deep interactions with clients to collect the requirements8. Handling all level of support for 4 global software applications [L1, L2, L3] 9. Preparing software application, Support metrics with clear explanations to Senior Management. 10. Software Application Testing [User Acceptance Testing]11. Effective Communication and Task Management12. Trouble shooting the issues escalated by end-users through their system using remote desktop options13. Responsible for providing data through sftp & ftp [WinSCP] to external and internal clients as per corporate policies
