My main job at the firm I work for is to develop tools used for conversion of documents (any format) to XML or SGML. OCR from .tiff files (or any other image format, scaned) using professional OCR tools, conversion to text with 99, 998% of accuracy. The tools for conversion are developed in VB, or .NET, using Microsoft MSXML module. My freelance job is developing php scripts and design for sites. I can work around 5 hours a day and 10 on saturday and sunday for this second job. I will upload demos on my server for each project I'll develop so you can test and approve. I will be on IMs about 16 hours a day for any questions you may have.
