I have experience designing online auction systems, application systems, and image based electronic jury software for the Smithsonian Art Institute. I've designed project/personnel manangement software systems for the University of Florida, and ASP/Access based systems for the US Army. I've done some entire html -> database conversions of existing web sites, and created several complete login based community sites.
