He is very knowledgeable in his field and has great communication skills. He understood what i wanted,where I wanted it, and when I wanted it. There was never a miscommunication on his part. A third party did however steer us in the wrong direction which ended up wasting some of Wills time, but Will went above and beyond and got everything back on track. Too bad Guru only has a 2 selection rating system. If it were zero to ten, I would rate Will an Eleven.
