As a Business Analyst performed System integration and function testing.  Developed QA strategies for the project and standardized test plans by creating use cases.  Created and maintained issue logs, prioritized the issues and communicated with the software vendor regarding issue resolution.  Performed regression testing for the resolved issues.  Performed Quality analysis for the different modules (Downtime and eSig)  Performed installations of the package to verify the readiness of the installation process.
