David was able to successfully resolve a major problem that was holding up the installation of a bill-pay system. Everything was at a standstill, no one knew what to do and we were stuck with taking payments manually over the phone instead of through our web site. David was able to successfully troubleshoot the situation, diagnose the problem, and find a resolution. He advised involved parties what action needed to be taken to get the system in and working, and then, he did the necessary programming to bring everything together and performing as it should. In essence, David "saved the day." His contacts with all parties involved were professional, kindly, and congenial.
