It handles: 1)sales orders 2)purchasing 3)inventory (including serial number tracking) 4)Return Merchandise functionality (RMA) (I'm proud of this one. It promises to save my client lots of money) 5)Tear down functionality (bill of materials are used to strip down whole machines into parts and then load them into inventory costed individually) 6) Microsoft Reporting Services for reporting 7)Interfaces with QuickBooks for accounting In addition I have years of experience using a variety of other technologies most notably Visual Basic, Access, Dbase, Clipper, Foxpro. My early career had me working at IBM on mainframes.
