I have been a hardcore Delphi coder since version 2 developing desktop and client/server applications including various utilities and web service projects. Current preference for coding would most likely be PHP and when combined with select frameworks can make for an extremely powerful tool that is perfect for a broad range of applications. I favor enterprise level web development projects, mobile application integration, Linux variants along with NGINX or other high performance servers, and have extensive EDI experience. I have been with a very large private Radiology practice since 1987 therefore the majority of my industry specific background has evolved within healthcare.
